About Us

We were tired of high-intensity every day—the burnout, the nagging injuries, and the lack of real progress. We knew we could make something better. MAV Method was built on a busy gym floor for real people with real lives. We write training so everyday athletes get stronger, fitter, and develop new skills without throwing life out of balance. Classes are designed so a Semifinal-level athlete and a brand-new CrossFitter can train together and both move forward. The goal is to build community, not fracture it. MAV Method is created by a 20-year CrossFitter who still coaches and trains daily. I believe in it because I use it every day and I know it works.

Built For Coaches

We make classes easy to run and good to coach. Each day comes with a clear plan—warm-up, quick brief, main work, time caps, and what to look for, so you’re not guessing. Scaling is baked in for mixed levels, and we offer simple swaps for tight spaces or limited gear. Weeks are balanced on purpose, so you’re not coaching the same pattern two days in a row. Skill days include how to teach it, how to drill it, and how to plug it into a workout later. You’ll also get a short heads-up for what’s coming next week. Net result: less scrambling, more coaching, smoother classes, happier members.

The Program


We don’t try to win the Games every day. Each week mixes heavier days, faster days, and higher-rep days so you build strength, speed, and work capacity without getting beat up. Skills get time to practice when you’re fresh, then we use them in workouts, and we also build the basics so they actually stick. Conditioning isn’t all-out daily—we rotate easy, moderate, and hard so you can train hard more often and keep showing up. We mix movement types so nothing gets overused, and workouts are written to fit the day—not fight it. Everything scales so a newer athlete and a competitor can train side by side and both make progress. We check in with simple re-tests, adjust, and keep you moving forward—steady, sustainable, and fun.
